They spend money on essentials and then entertainment type activities to life their spirits.

Replying to people who make off-topic or irrelevant posts is entertainment, not getting work done.Food for thought.

When investing in a rental property, we have to entertain multiple parties.

The unemployment numbers are inflated and short lived,  much of it in retail, entertainment and food service.

Said differently, one unit attracts a single professional or working couple that is somewhat interested in entertaining, a different unit attracts a family, and the last attracts a single person that has no long term interest in either of the above.

So there will HAVE to be a sizable reduction in costs / employee count for many of the theme park, dining, convention and entertainment establishments as they learn how to be profitable with fewer customers.A reduction in jobs and vacationers will put downward pressure on our local real estate values I fear.  

Local court is always better than most forms of modern entertainment.
