Not saying I'm a pro, but when people told me it would be difficult raising my first new born, I found it to be quite easy.

I get to work with active investors to help them fund deals, I don't get phone calls at 2am to fix thing, I don't have to pick out paint or carpet colors, it's just easy.

This could also be a smart short-term rental strategy since golf courses are typically situated in well-established neighborhoods with easy access to other amenities.
