You could also pull an Owner and Encumbrances (O and E) report from a title company that would give the owners name and what liens and mortgages they have on the property (Two birds, one stone) however this would get expensive.

I am looking for someone that can deliver a 3 day notice to pay or quit to one of my tenants in Barstow.I am out of area landlord and I cannot drive to there in the next 10 days so I am looking for a local person that can print my notice and deliver it to my tenant living near by the intersection of Barstow St and E.
