I assume - but please correct me if I'm wrong - that after the contract is accepted, prospective buyer can lawfully ask to provide the payment history, copy of lease and recent Schedule E for buyer's DD and verification.

The attendees are just wanting to get it done, adn are on the cell phones, texting, checking e-mail, doodling, doing nails...and the instructors are just giving the answers that will be on the test.Obviously this is painting it all with a broad stroke, but I think you get my point.

@ Steven Hamilton III thought property tax went always went on Sch E since it is a business expense

I'd be interested in hearing about how other tenant rep brokers organize their day AND tips/tricks and stories about canvassing for clients, especially in downtown office buildings.
