If you are putting a sign on the building or in the ground, you have to follow the City/County law and possibly apply for a permit, provide them with a drawing, etc.

Buy a 27 inch oven and put a 30 inch cooktop on top, the problem with this is I think it may impinge on adjacent draw space and you have to replace the countertop.
