If I buy a NNN deal in a LLC and have a recourse loan, if things go south and the property goes dark and I'm not able to personally pay the expenses out of pocket, does/can the bank come after my personal assets (home, retirement, etc etc) or is it just limited to whatever is in the LLC?

I tend to stay away from black in rentals because people usually try to match that with dark countertops and random cabinets and it doesn't look good.

Again super rare most regular NNN lenders want 35% down.The tenants you mentioned are very poor and historically have some of the highest default and go dark rates in the industry.If the property had an oversized lot for more development or the tenant are paying way below market rents like half for that box tenant size then might can make sense.
