When doing your own tile job, first make sure you are using the correct underlayment for the job you are doing.ex. if you are tiling a shower use a mold and moisture resistant cement backerboard or greenboard.

My home would be mandated to appear as all others...it wouldn't stand out in any way.Granted, I understand the concern of traffic...and normally I may agree...but what about those who car pool...that's additional traffic into the neighborhood daily...teens who drive who also have friends who drive...there are so many examples.

Some of these REOs im looking at are vacant since 2011 and the lien was recorded from that date, so were talking supposably over $100,000 in daily fines!!
