When an applicant answers "yes" to pets, they get my pet application which requires a picture of the pet. 

I responded and asked for a custom agreement because i live downstairs and can collect the rent myself and possibly handle maintenance ;)...did not hear back!

No need to chase divorcees down the hall.You get the picture.  

Be Active on BP, and I encourage to put a picture as it helps with credibility.
