I am a little nervous about the bartending job as things are up in the air with COVID.

A two bedroom house is not the “ideal” property in many markets, but with this being a military town where Seymour Johnson Air Force Base is located we have many service people that are single or want/have one roommate.

I'm looking for sound advice because I'm up in the air in which is the right path for me.

I am slowly adding value by doing small improvements such as upgrading from a swamp cooler to central air and improving the interior cosmetically.What was the outcome?

The gift was the air filter, since the tenants are supposed to change those.

Appfolion, Cozy, Buidium,....?

I use Cozy for my management software and they perform background and credit checks, but unless there is a judgement against a person the eviction never shows up.

I do have some long term concerns about the air quality here - especially as I've heard predictions the Valley population will triple over the next 20(I think) years!
