It's what we wanted. 2018 build, 80k median income, 2 bed town homes, nice amenities, growing market.We have two moire assets similar to this one closing in the next 60 days because we are clear on what we want to buy and why we are buying them.The moral of the story is, whether you're buying a business, single family home, or apartments, make sure you have a buy right criteria, and let everyone know.

Find a local bank and build a relationship...banks make money on deposit funds, your business seems to have a pretty decent deposit base.

This just might be my opinion but at this point even if you're out one months rent which definitely sucks it may just be easier to start showings.I don't know what the L/T laws are in your county/state but perhaps send a notice to the emergency contact with something to the effect of pay or quit with an option for a release out of the lease and be done with it. turn over this unit and get it out on the market again.
