Comps for the area run $214- 270, and the house's estimated value through Redfin and Chase bank is a bit over $264K.  

big brother is DEQ  they are hammering on this.. according to the lawyer I hired to defend the one deal.. he said about 75% of their cases right now is chasing down these asbestos deals.

But, the thing is, there's 8 bedrooms in a really dumpy house that you don't have to chase after your rents for, cuz its all paid for. 

If the payment is embedded into your website, then that website needs to be periodically assessed/audited to ensure it is secure and there is no opportunity for theft of personal information.Lots of folks - big players like Google, Amazon and the traditional payment gateway companies (Monaris, Chase-Paymentech, etc) as well as several smaller operations provide hosted merchant services or APIs that can be leveraged my hosted services.  

I just don't like going on a wild goose chase for anyone.
