I'm a Realtor with MLS access, but sometimes a house may be listed (or previously listed) in a different MLS, and sometimes Zillow is helpful there.

The current placement seems weird because it would block access to the basement.

Imagine Europe as an example, they don't even have access to any public records, nor does a 1031 exchange exist as we know it.
