I recently saw on the MLS a large block of 9 properties east of downtown, south of 45 (basically 3rd ward area) for $425k.  

The 3 properties we have are on pretty good blocks.

I contacted Zillow and they have blocked the user.  

That's the first way and usual way we find out you transferred property to someone else, subject to, and we send a nasty little letter to the borrower that we are going to foreclose if he/she doesn't transfer it back into their name immediately.

He hung his license at Big Block Realty and described it as "investor friendly" so might be exactly what you're looking for.  

I wanna do yellow letters

I identified two properties, sent them letters and now have one under contract.

Then call them, send them a letter or whatever to see if you can get in contact with them and make an offer to purchase.
