When you have refinance expenses 6 months after acquiring your replacement property with commercial loan do those expenses go into your basis or do they go on Rental Expenses Schedule E?

If you had 25 properties that all had a proper cash flow, then the same $5K to $10K reserve would probably be adequate, even though you had 8 times the number of properties.Good Luck,Mike

If they're tucked out of the way, and are blocked off to avoid anyone stepping on them, they should be fine.Both the wall and the floor units must be properly vented.
