Do you just call the police?

I am having second thoughts on bringing this deal into fruition mainly because1) The area (crime)Through my own sources I was able to get Police history about the street I am investing on.

People who have good credit, no evictions, no police records, and know how to present themselves as normal people, without any red flags on their applications, usually don't turn out to be psychos.

His new attitude is that he can't control what they do in their home and if I have a problem with it I should call the police.
