However, if interest rates were to go up, there is a lot of peace of mind in knowing my debt service is fixed.Maybe you are looking at commercial loans which I have no experience (but have been considering entering the market this year to purchase a commercial MFR).As indicated I am a good customer for my broker and he knows I am pretty good with numbers.
