I am entering an entrepreneurship competition for school in which the winner is awarded $20,000 to jumpstart their business/idea.

I’m entering my senior year of college and want to get into REI.It’s easy to read books and understand concepts, but making a plan and working at it is a little more complicated.Does anyone have any advice on finding someone local to work under for valuable real estate experience?

Have any of you had an arrangement like this and if so what advice would you have before entering into an agreement like this?

The Air Force considers both lending to or becoming endebted to enlisted members to be fraternization, as well as entering into business relationships with enlisted members. 

Not sure what took you two months to learn about HID bidding....if you are the high bidder you still need to be about 88% net of list price to HUD.....other than that, and who can enter the bid, there’s not much strategy involved.

However, if interest rates were to go up, there is a lot of peace of mind in knowing my debt service is fixed.Maybe you are looking at commercial loans which I have no experience (but have been considering entering the market this year to purchase a commercial MFR).As indicated I am a good customer for my broker and he knows I am pretty good with numbers.
