And asking an agent to run comps on 50 properties a day isn't effective.

I have industrial suites that range in size from 700, 1,200, 1,800, 2,500, 4,000, 8,000, 12,000, 20,000 and 25,000 sq ft. 

Very interested in renting, but heard many horror stories.

If the LLC owns the property, then the LLC should be listed as the owner in the contract.
