Some lenders will be easier to work with then ever. but they'd love to havea credit worthy fellow like you to step up and you help the homeownersby saving their credit as well.

If there is an ethical wholesaler who is upfront with a seller and tells them before signing a contract that they won't be actually closing on the property and that even though they are only offering X, they really believe the property is worth Y, then I wouldn't have a problem with it.I do not believe this happens very often if at all.

Seller I want to tell you about a client of mine.. and make sure ( and In talking to you I can tell you would never be like this other client)... this client had a 100k house and they wanted 150k for it.. of course who is going to pay 50k more than what its worth... I

As a guy who owns a phone and Text service I can unequivocally state that calling and texting are worthy of use however why stop at cold calling or texting?

On postcards and typed letters it is fine however on a Yellow Letter I wouldn't.The biggest issue is that not all of the google pics are worthy enough to be printed...
