OK so when I started in real estate I was 18  broke and living at home... in my day and this was mid 70s you sold real estate so how do you do that.. you get your real estate license and go work on a team.. you can do this part time.. 

Now I jacked up rents, dropped PMIs, and handed them off to a solid PM team. 

It would save a lot time cause ideally it would come with a team.

You can put $5000 into mobile home parks, $5000 in shopping malls, $5000 in apartment buildings, $5000 in medical offices and $5000 in self-storage for instance rather than $25,000 in one single family home.REITS should theoretically return less because you're paying for a professional management team that has years of experience with that type of investment.

We have the team in place and are currently scouting for land that will support quadplexes. 

I think what new people, and me being new, need to do is build their team.

The exception is if you have a solid team on the ground, then perhaps.

I am a female investor. i believe that we can make a difference, if we join hands and team up to share in ideas that work for us as female Real Estate investors.
