It really helps to teach you what and what not to do, or at least what you don't want to do in the future.

In the process I'd like to teach and share all information, techniques, strategies with my loved ones so that they can learn more, and become investors too.I'm a Graphic Designer and I love creating  websites, mailers, logos, etc...

The starter of this thread started an international business teaching how to do this, and he teaches to no longer do this

And, the cyberspace is teaming up with all kinda information FREELY and READILY available, so why pay a fat cat to "teach" me yet down deep I know that if HE/SHE was successful he/she woulda never been teaching, he/she woulda been out in the field shoveling money left and right.

It has lots of valuable continuing education that teaches more than just real estate or how to sell.

I am new to bigger pockets and I am looking for someone who can guide me and teach me some things I do not know yet.

We have active investors who bring deals to the table and we bring in guest speakers who aren't just selling something, they teach you things you need to know and add real value to your investments/business.  

Absolutely not the place to start, gurus have butchered the industry teaching unethical and illegal strategies. 

As I said, I am not learned in how to make the transition from SFR to MFR but there are plenty of resources to teach you how.
