Hey @Wei Jie Yang - you should start by reaching out to the lender that currently holds your mortgage and work your way from there. 

My opinion reviews your financial situation first because jumping into real estate or real estate investment you will need at least six months of reserves financially self-sufficient to support yourself.

Lean on your local investor network for support, and don't hesitate to seek legal counsel if needed for insurance disputes or liabilities.I hope this helps provide a starting point for dealing with this challenging situation.

Heeeey BiggerPockets FamilyI am a verrrrrry new multi unit investor (experience in single family home investing and renting out to the Section 8 population) with the goal to buy/hold properties for cashflow.

While it could be argued both ways, I have my doubts if you can hold any money due to termite. 

There actually was training - not upsell - at his Boot Camps then, so I can't speak for today, but I highly recommend getting hold of his materials, even if on eBay.

Do you plan on holding it for 10 years?
