We have high indicated rate changes on NC homeowners (including Rental), and unfortunately the combination of the rate change and higher roll-ons is going to produce rate changes in the 20% range at least until we start to see some moderation in construction cost increases (perhaps on the horizon).So just a fair warning to those with Erie, sadly.

The sad part is wholesalers make more of a fee than that selling those small houses.Ben you can use multiple agents just let them know you are after the deals and show proof of funds to them.My commercial clients are loyal to me so I am loyal back to them.

The bank employee was definately a sad soul for saying that you cannot make a profit but I do believe some programs have guidelines on how much of an increase in sales price over certain time periods.

It will show a negative growth from the projected growth but it will still continue to grow and they estimate adding 40,000 jobs overall in 2015.Also as sad as it sounds when people lose their jobs and have to sell that is when true investors buy and the people that sell downsize and become renters and that actually drives rent prices up.
