I chose to take long pauses so I can spend time with the family.I think everyone needs to be reminded that there should always be a conscious effort made for work/life balance. 

Write that list down and keep it handy on your desk as a reminder of where you are now, and where you want to go, and I’ll explain what I mean by this by example.There are patterns which emerge in this value selection, which are a reflection of who we are.

Trouble is, as valuable as it is to learn what not to do, it's more valuable to learn what you should do....first.When I hear, "just jump in", I am reminded of that discussion.

You remind the tenant of the terms of the lease and the consequences of violation of the lease contract.

You've just reminded me of that, so, this gets complicated in that we'd need readings from the submeter to understand what the other two tenants owe from that larger bill.

@Charlton HoSounds like you're definitely from the "had a number, hit the number, walked away" mentality i mentioned.But it also sounds like you're the perfect reminder that we still get to make choices and investments after were gone!  

We usually get reminders to that effect emailed at us when a storm is out in the Atlantic. 

Reminds me of a story that I heard when I was at a real estate meetup.
