Hi @Christopher Phillips, I'm sorry you had this experience and I'm thankful that you're willing to share it with the community.They sure do a great job promoting across a lot of different platforms, but in general when something comes along and promises the moon, we should probably always suspect it's a "fake moon landing filmed in the desert" that serves a purpose, but isn't exactly what was promised.I've heard of similar experiences with several "end-to-end" services like this. 

Angie: if you run in to people teaching and promoting dishonesty you CAN educate them...and tell them YOU won't operate that way.

@Lisa Alexander I dabbled with short term rentals last year and had bookings for 4 months in advance, however that may have been because I was offering a good promotion to build rent history on airbnb.
