I had a similar situation happen to me at my Los Angeles four-plex. 

Imagine this situation.

And after all that, it ONLY best applies to certain situations.

I have communicated this finding to the company via an email and will follow up with a call, my question is what more can I do in this situation?

For example:If you could not invest in the field you were brokering, which situation would you chooseBroker of Multifamily and Investor in IndustrialBroker of Industrial and Investor of Multifamily  I would greatly appreciate any thoughts and insights.Thanks.

i’ve considered multifamily multiple times, but finding the right person to help me that wasn’t just trying to sell mentorship seemed overwhelming.One of the things that I would want to do in an apartment purchase is to do more than simply syndicated.

Is the DSCR loan possible in this situation assuming the property qualifies? 

Why wouldn’t you contact the tenant first and have a conversation about the situation to find out if there is a way to salvage the tenancy?
