Hey Everyone,I am taking a trip out to St Louis MI and was hoping I can get some recommendations on property managers for SFR and small multi family in the area.

Either case, we continue to advertise until the Listing Contract is expired.Now curious, is there a cooling off period in regards to Listing Contracts?

Mortgage is almost completely paid off.Basically looking for recommendations on how to advertise and eventually sell the property without scaring off potential buyers.

I'm brand new to real estate and have found a four plex in my area that I believe could be profitable but I don't know if you finance multi units the same way as single family homes?

Single Family Residence (SFR), Multi Family Residence (MFR), Commercial Small Apartments, Medium to Large Apartments?  

The the sellers may have capital gains income from the sale so by recommending they carry back a note with you, they can spread their gain out over a multi-year.

Hi Dan, I'm interested in multi-family at the moment......duplexes, triplexes....small apartment buildings. 

This will provide me the opportunity to finish my Business degree.

Oops I posted the wrong thing but no worries, My true question is I'm looking to buy some multi-unit properties, and I don't have enough down payment yet.But I'm willing to work with other investors and build a team of other investors.Or should I borrow the money from a hard money lender for the down payment?
