If you find someone willing to mentor you, you don't tell them everything they do is wrong.Nick,I would be interested in hearing how much of the stuff they script, but it sure feels like a LOT on this show.

I suppose once in a while you can find a foreclosure sale that's for a junior sheriff's sale (meaning you would buy the property subject to a first-lien mortgage).

You can pick up great basic info and if your the kind of person that needs someone to walk the road with you then a one on one with a good local mentor should be your next move.

I explain to Al, that I was uncomfortable with it and he can't be advertising listings on the internet that aren't even his.Couple days later Al calls me with his mentor on the line asking me if I'll show him another property but this time they want to host an Open House at this property.
