Eviction is really your only legal option if they are not communicating with you.  

However, instead of me teaching an attorney the basic details of the deal, I’d rather have an attorney who is familiar with the process and can tell me the legal rules that I need to work within.

On a project this size, all those legal docs probably won't make financial sense.So, how would you feel about having an active partner, one who can disagree with you and has a say in the decision making?
