At this point in time, I don't think selling would be my best option as I've spent a lot of money on capex items that I would not necessarily immediately get back from selling. 

I'm currently diving into the world of commercial real estate with a specific focus on RV and boat self-storage investments.As I'm just starting out, I'm here to learn as much as possible and to connect with experienced investors and professionals.

Outside of real estate, we enjoy boating, golf and hanging with family and friends.Excited to learn and connect with you all! 

If you go the AirBnB route just make sure you go all in - don't skimp on furnishings, design and amenities - so give yourself enough room to purchase these items.

I love to eventually learn more on this type of real estate.
