I love the mentality of just getting on-base, Michael, so that you can get into the game, but this is looking awhole lot like you're leaning your head into the strike-zone hoping to get hit by a pitch that might do more damage than you realize.Somebody else mentioned it already, but what you have budgeted for Repairs, Vacancy, and CapEx just won't cut it on a property of this vintage.

My failed expectation of safety is rooted in the frequent early morning visitors often get the wrong house on the first try, theoretically allowing for a dope head to walk into my house at any hour, the fact that the son is still at large and we could be raided by the State Police again at any moment, and the fact that the secluded nature of the area makes our side of the property easily surveilled by the other side - which is not optimal when my wife is home alone.My landlord is now seeking damages for the lost rent and has served me with an eviction notice.

Or it could be just a temporary freeze-related issue with the line between the well head and the house not being buried deep enough and freezing or it could be a separate issue: like Jaron said pump issues are more common than wells actually running dry.
