Due to a lack of available housing in the market it is attractive to companies looking to house their employees. 

Or they'll have what we call a "captive QI" meaning that the title company itself owns a national QI firm and the title company employees have to refer to that QI only as a marketing policy (any title company will always work with an independent QI it's just a matter of marketing dollars why they have to refer in house).

I am assuming you are a W-2 employee.  

Are you running payroll and fairly compensating all owner-employees for their time as required?

These are your employees not buddies .

Most of the retailers and big box stores are minimum wage employees, possibly being paid commission, who are by no means experts and just want you to just buy a product or buy a product so their commission is higher.

Remember...this is a business and your tenants are your employees.

If you call closer to 4pm it seems like the competency level of their front line phone employees goes way way down.

They pay a mandatory cleaning fee because their employee typically won't clean because they aren't responsible for the bill;A CEO/CFO/President or some other responsible person puts their application in so we have an individual to pursue if there's a problem.
