I have found value investing out of state so I will always promote that idea.

The listing-broker isn't obligated to split his fee at all, however, but most brokers do in order to entice outside brokers to bring buyers to the table.

They entice with some good info, then if you want to learn more, you have to go to their workshops.

that bar is going to be pretty high.. he used to be on BP but I think he left sometime ago as maybe he was self promoting to much. if you think his program is great then pay the 10k but dont be shocked if you cant get funded 100%  have a back up.
