It was pretty upsetting the PM didn't do a good job communicating to the plumber the washer install is tenant's responsibility, nor did they do a good job explaining what happened to cause a 6-hour job at $1100, or try to lower it before charging me.

It was a small two bedroom house that I completely remodeled myself and it has done well.

For real estate the will calculate what your return would be if you purchase a single-family home at market rate and hold it for ten years.

Most of the time the categorization is simple enough and I can do myself.

The plumber came out while in escrow stated it would be $8,800 and we got it covered by the seller to do it. 

You really have to know how to do your numbers.A lot of that may come down to the property taxes.

You are AT LEAST 10X more likely to do something personally to get yourself sued than your property is.
