I have a blog  where I discuss real estate and other investing topics.

I'll be doing more research to understand the topic better in my own terms (It'd be great if you guys can refer me to videos or blogs where this might be discussed.).

I've listened to ~50 of the BiggerPockets podcasts, read a lot of blog posts, and have been lurking in the forums so I am looking forward to applying the knowledge I've picked up over the past 9 months and learning more!
