So far, all of our students have gotten financial aid, so they budget for rent right up front.

@Geetika Casmon  According to this Illinois legal aid website, no notice is required to end a lease.  

I rarely collected any late fees.Some of my tenants relied on financial aid, and if their FA was delayed, I'd just get them to get a letter from their FA office, or have them email me to tell me that it was in fact delayed, and when it was expected.  

If it doesn't GFTO of what you are doing as your job (even if its real estate), because being in the health care field, I can tell you that you don't know what can happen tomorrow.It always makes me sad to learn of someone that thinks that.

It looks like Erwin is a small town and might not have a legal aid office but you need legal help. 

Generally any qualified health care provider can prescribe an emotional support animal.

There can be different attitudes toward money, resources, opportunity and community that impact how those your are setting out to help may receive the "aid", and it won't always be positive.  

I used these as an aid as I interviewed different firms.In addition to the interviews I conducted, I also chatted with some other investors around Grand Rapids to get a feel for the reputation of the different companies.

We currently do travel healthcare, butte will probably stop shortly once we buy our first duplex.
