If a person doesn't fit into one of the two categories below, what would the point of posting on this website be?

I'm picking up on this thread as currently trying to narrow down my property manager search in Houston.

Lots of red flags here with this property and location based on what's been shared. 

My guess is You will need to go through a foreclosure process in this situation as a legal remedy.

I am working through this structure with a number of clients right now from a tax perspective.I highly recommend Mark Fetzer at KKOS - I work with him often on these clients and he is set up to advise in Texas.

This is really a better question for your accountant first because it depends on what you are trying to offset.

I was wondering if there's is any information about this group and what it is they do... and if it's worth paying their membership fees There’s a couple of members on here that are a part of or have been part of lifestyles unlimited.

But, nothing of this really should matter.

So set this up n phases so they can vote smaller chunks.
