BTW I see you're in Sag Harbor, My STR is in Westhampton Beach and going to Sag Harbor is what originally inspired me to get into my first STR :)

You are inspired by motivating people, you do things that maybe go unnoticed, while debbie-do-nothing is scrolling through instagram you are picking up the slack.

That brick also fits the style of the house, kind of a 1950's rambling midcentury modern/FLW inspired design.

The other side knows that the same concerns have occurred many times in the past and what has actually played out with historical data is quite bright and inspiring, not nihilistic, helpless and dystopian.One side is rushing to tear out a perfectly fine bathroom and rebuild it from the studs out. 

What an inspiration!

For my own path inspired by what I’ve read in books, magazines, blogs, and message boards— I could not justify having a financial advisor for myself.

I hope it inspires the organizations that shaped your outlook, to share Turnkey Property Group’s, and many of our peers' philosophies, in the turnkey industry, to start running their businesses with integrity, transparency, and honesty at their foundation.
