While the West End market has been hot this past year and will continue to experience high demand, pulling comps from 7-8 months ago is ill-advised.

My experience is to spend some extra time and get granular with the data so it best fits your marketing needs.

Going through that experience was the worse, and I told myself I would never have that happen to me when I started investing,   I guess that is what is causing me to be a stickler to the rules.  

Ask how many units they manage and how much experience they have.

With those stats, you'll pull half the accountants in the forum out of the woodwork, most of us would be more than happy to work with someone in your financial position as it means we can provide a fair amount of value.Whoever you work with, I would recommend you consider finding a firm with substantial experience to offer in both real estate, and estate/gift planning given your goals..
