Some people would rather watch TV, vape, drive a fancy vehicle, wear $300 sneakers, and complain about how the man is keeping them down.

I drive by my rentals several times a week to keep an eye on them and noticed that an additional vehicle was parked at one for over a week. 

When you do that, though, returns are typically miserable, and you'd be better served with a different investment vehicle. 

I am currently in the market for a new/used vehicle.

I am looking to surround my self with other like minded individuals that are passionate about real estate and who are looking to use real estate as there vehicle to financial freedom.

MY debts otherwise are 0, my vehicles are paid off, my home is paid off.

While I believe in diversity, real estate (to me) is still the safest investment vehicle.

The result of this would be a decrease in sales for Wheels/Rims/Car Stereo/Foot Locker retailers.

What other financing vehicles are available for our situation?
