And, we have a clause about inoperable and unlicensed vehicles - come to find out all 3 of her vehicles on the property have expired tags.  1 Broken down vehicle - needs to be removed or repaired.she is currently using 4 parking spots, when she is only issued 2.

They left it in a totally trashed condition but i did upgrades that i had deferred so the insurance deductible and drywall 15 sheets is about the extent of my loss plus the sheriff fee, bad choice of attorney, and paying for removal of their crap.

Hi Hannah,Section 8 (Housing Choice Voucher Program- HCVP) voucher amounts are 40% of the median HUD fair market rent for your MSA with ALL UTILITIES included in the the rent; Metropolitan statistical areas are broken down by zip code and the actual amount they will pay depends on the zip code, what utilities are included, and what appliances are included.

just to make it match the rest of the pics.or (if you could get more money for the rental--upgrade the grotto to something that more matches the quality of the house.But if it were mine, I'd probably just clean the area and take a new pic.I can't see any weakness that would cause a weekday vacancy other than that might be the traffic pattern for that area.You could always drop the weekday rent and see if you fill up.
