However this strategy isn't for someone who is not use to being uncomfortable because your dealing with emotional people that sometimes cuss you out, hang up on you, or politely decline your service.

I also look at properties and become emotionally involved.

As much as you might want to emotionally, don’t rely on what is said so much as what can be proven.  

But...in the real world of emotions, anxiety, stress... some people sleep better at night by paying down their properties as much as possible. 

Just don't get emotional about it and get a bad deal because you are trying to help them.

I smell emotion coming thru on this decision .

It doesn't matter how you feel, what you feel, etc, etc....so you have to ask yourself whether you're there for an emotional experience or to do business.
