We wouldn’t be  servicing as an investment company, we are just a company that buys properties and partner with individuals who want to invest their money in properties with us (partner provides down payment, we split profits). 

Also, since you say, it is 3 bldgs of 4plex each, you may want to see if you can get 3 individual loans as regular mortgages rather than a commercial loan for higher interests.

Hello all, I wanted to introduce myself and see if I couldn't meet/network with some like-minded individuals with similar real estate goals. 

Construction is hard work, but pays decent and will teach you skills you can carry over into real estate investing. 

I am going to work under his brokerage which he has made incredibly flexible for me to do and his splits are great and his fees are low so it is a win-win he's going to teach me everything along the way.

It's not that complicated, but if you don't know how to do it would be better if you made friends with a local closing agent who can teach you, or that you can pay to do it for you.

Rod is a phenomenal presenter and very big on Tony Robbins' teachings.
