if you have a good wholesale network, at least you will keep that feeding, 5k here 3k there etc, at least it will give you more monthly cash than that of rehab. you have a full time job, you need to be there during a rehab. frequent at your home depot, they offer free education or training on basic trades.

I assume the trade off is less investment returns.After a few years the cash value is almost what I have put in so I took a loan at 5% for the downpayment on an investment property.

@Matt Vaughn Something that you could try if you want to mess with it and as mentioned don't want to store them for another project is to find out if your area has a Facebook buy sell trade site and join it, post the pic/add and go about it that way.
