Any investment friendly brokers that support both DFW and College Station?

The population has been growing here year over year over the last decade, it is home to The Ohio State University which has over 50,000 students that live here along with those that visit, and it also holds a diverse range of young professionals and traveling nurses to fill the demand of the multiple business corporations and hospitals stationed here.

Commuter rail station stop being built nearby, the distance from grocery stores/hospitals/public transportation, etc.)Please let me know what recommendations you have, I want to be of value - I'm not just looking for a quick buck on one deal. 

Hotels, motels, gas stations, grocery stores, and nail salons have to pay their taxes, so the short-term rental operators should do the same.

The lot I had bought was an old gas station and little did I know the tanks are still in the ground!

there is no Certificate of occupancy either. it is relatively safe area with good tenants, based on my limited experience.If you are looking at JSQ, walkable distance to the path station, it will be hard to find anything that give you positive cash flow. it should be looked at as a long term investment. 

I've been looking at a handful of multi-family units in the College Station area (Between CS proper and Bryan).

Is there documentation showing where the train stations will be?
