Well there are stats that say a disproportional number of part time workers are women....so people that only work part time wont meet that criteria for income....and a larger % of them will be women as opposed to men....so you must be discriminating against women....Smokers?.....

youll have to confirm, however as long as the VA loan user (B-C) is going to be living in it I do not believe they care. however, if your planning to use VA loan as A-B then B-C, I think they do have a minimum occupancy requirement,(want to say a year) that they might indeed take issue.

I would say a lot of it has to due to the fact that the university and Carle are the major sources of employment and they tend to be recession resistant.

So I can understand fully, in a simplfied scenario, if I have 30K of ordinary income, and I sell a property or stock or what ever and have say a 40K gain (let's leave recapture out of it for now) .
