My unit isnt even in a convenient area (ie. close to train, highway, downtown) but I've had bookings none the less. 

I just wouldn't want the investment to be a total train wreck if the market were to bubble.

I'd love to be able to ask people that really make their living working in real estate (not selling books or training) how they do what they do.

Then you'll be able to train someone else to look for all the data points that are valuable to you but you have to discover what they are first.

We must "Take a Step", all of the training and education in the world will do nothing at all if we don't take action with it.

Much better to get trained up front so that you don't lose money and get discouraged...
