Your lender knows his loan is getting "moved" or "walked", because they have to sign satisfaction(document that's recorded to release lein) for closing agent without receiving money.

Hello, I am in Alabama and have received a price quote for a tax deed for a property owned by the state, meaning that I have a certain amount of time to pay the amount in order to receive ownership of the tax deed.

@Troy Ramey made some excellent points, I would also add that you should look into the 3% down payment conventional loan options, as they are typically much better loans for people with decent credit than FHA loans are.

I have not seen the property after this work has been done, but I did receive an alarmed call from a realtor who drove by the house that made it sound like some of the work has been pretty extensive.
