Quality usually costs more.

Also, should Craigslist be the main forum for advertising the vacant rooms or are their other platforms people have used in the past that have yielded quality tenants?

I'm hoping to do more PPC and eventually get quality SEO management but i'm not sure if i can afford it.

I have been to several different REIs and there is significant participant, quality and focus diversity.

There's always trade off for quality of location and percentage returns.

I’m looking for them in parallel, but will purchase the one in Bay Area first because I quality for first time home buyer, and makes more sense using this opportunity for low down payment for the most expensive investment.

The ones that are interested either have bad/no credit, not enough for 3 months (1st mo and 2xSD), or again ... are turned off by the small bedroom or bar.Am looking for some constructive advice on how to fill this with a quality tenant.
