Hey everyone, I'm fairly new to the real estate investing space and right now I feel stuck.

I could then just stay in the house I'm currently living in and buy a property and rent all the spaces out.

I'm looking to sell one of my commercial properties (6,300 sq ft) while retaining ownership of the adjacent parking lot (25 spaces).

Who has products in the space and what options are recommended?

If you space them out 2-3 days, you'll have time to process applications from the first showing and decide whether to continue with the next open house or notify everyone that a renter has been selected.Applications: I prefer they be 100% online.

My 2 biggest pieces of advice... 1) If you want the fast track, get a mentor - but the RIGHT one...it's a crowded space and we definitely made a mistake selecting the wrong one the first time around (now we're with an amazing group and have closed over 400 doors in 2 years). 2) Don't fall into the trap of thinking you have to start small ...you don't. 

The reason for this is that we want a larger home -- we just had baby #4 and want a bigger living space. 

The only way it works out is if you can get a lot more rent for her living space than she can afford.
