It just requires a bit of a mental shift (and getting over the fact that even if you owned the property outright, you'd still pay several hundred, if not thousand, dollars a month to the government, which would otherwise be in your pocket.)If the numbers work, they work.

Thanks for the info.Slightly more info this is a college town and I feel like it was common practice at least with my friends that I knew to have the rent be increased if more then one was living in the house.I guess my biggest mental block is that I see three adults that are not related.
