Thanks for sharing that experience.I agree with you on the 7% mentality.  

I don't understand this mentality of having to declare honest intentions to dishonest people. 

As I am an investor in gold and silver; I still work at a job though...My job is as a mental and medical health counselor.

A lot of the cleaning crews seem good at first and then you later find out that they have mental health issues or drug addictions.

It just requires a bit of a mental shift (and getting over the fact that even if you owned the property outright, you'd still pay several hundred, if not thousand, dollars a month to the government, which would otherwise be in your pocket.)If the numbers work, they work.

They provide a fabulous passive income, as I have created my own way to maximize the income, and eliminating the mental and time drains from the business.  

Thanks for the info.Slightly more info this is a college town and I feel like it was common practice at least with my friends that I knew to have the rent be increased if more then one was living in the house.I guess my biggest mental block is that I see three adults that are not related. 

We were representing a client that had this mentality and ultimately had to drop them because it isn't worth the time or hassle trying to teach someone how to deal in good faith as an investor.

We have a lease addendum like yours about entry and asked for a reasonable accommodation request to being present due to mental health disabilities.

Or, they just ask me for my contacts and proceed to destroy my reputation with the players in my market.All people want is something for nothing, instantaneous gratification, basically a diseased mentality.
